We wanted to create a childhood memory of paper boats floating in the water to welcome the monsoon season so got talking to the weaver and made a graph and decided to use a lovely dhaani coloured background to look like green grass with blue waves and gold and silver boats floating seamlessly on the body of the saree. Blouse has round butis in silver and gold The PALLU has geometric silver zari details and we have given a silver border. All made with real zari and GI tagged.
