FAQs

  • Do you have a Store we can visit?
    We are strictly an online portal and do not have a Physical store.We describe each product in detail and try to give plenty of pictures and description online to help you make an informed decision.
  • What Payment Methods are available on the site?
    We support online payments - NetBanking, UPI, Wallets and Cards through Razorpay. We do not support the EMI option.
  • Are you a manufacturer?
    No, we are not manufacturers or weavers, we are a small team who are passionate about handlooms and handcrafted. We do also work on our designs which are then made by our chosen artisans/ weavers. However we do not have our own factory or looms.
  • Can we give you a design to weave and customise from the internet?
    NO, we do not like to copy other people’s designs. Making one single customised piece of someone else’s design is not possible, Please understand technicalities of weaving etc. which is complex and also the legalities of copying others products,
  • Can you customise a design for us?
    Please read question above. Yes in special cases we will be happy to customise for you ( if it is possible ) like colours, embroideries , paintings etc. Keep in mind that hand made and hand woven takes time, so please give us adequate time for a special piece. We take a 40 % non refundable advance for customised one off pieces.
  • Do you provide stitching services?
    Currently we do not provide stitching services ( fall and pico can be done on request at an extra charge), however for International clients we can accommodate certain requests like blouse stitching, pico and fall ( extra charges apply).
